The purpose of the Expedia QuickConnect® Preferred Program is to streamline the deployment and implementation process of the EQC interface to our hotel suppliers, thereby allowing them to connect hotels in a faster and more efficient manner.
The EQC Preferred Program has been designed to allow the interface supplier increased flexibility in how the EQC interface is promoted and distributed.
The program requires that the EQC interface provider meet and maintain a specific set of operational, technical, and support criteria in exchange for being selected into the program.
A Preferred EQC Provider will be required to:
- update its solution to reflect the latest changes in the EQC API;
- keep its success ratios within the parameters determined by Expedia;
- and have superior support processes in place;
- and any other requirements as set by Expedia.
